Three of ‘P’ had been discussed in previous section. The next two ‘P’ is Price and People. After you have set all your program and others, you should consider the price. It is not too expensive and cheap. You can survey some of martial arts’ school in your area. When you have more product, more equipments, and etc, you can put the price higher than others. Or you can count the unit cost of martial arts school operational.
People is also important to improve your school. It is very useful to improve it. Do you want to know who people have a qualified?
